This Vin-Yin hybrid is a nourishing flow and release taught by a RYT-500 who is passionate about deep pranayama (breathing techniques), detoxifying asanas (postures), and saving mārjārī (cats)! Free for Hive members and PWYC for non-members, all proceeds go to a different registered cat rescue each series. Register per class on a drop-in basis, no need to commit to the series!
